The duration for the cooking lesson is 2 hours and includes:
- Homemade ice tea with local herbs
- Minoan pie-bread that we will bake in Minoan utensils accompanied with Cretan olives, olive oil and aromatic oregano to give it a special taste
- Dakos – Cretan rusk with fresh tomato and feta cheese
- Minoan Salad – Panspermia ( five different types of legumes with nuts, parsley and dill )
- Briam – traditional Cretan “ladero” cooked with olive oil in the Minoan oven with a variety of vegetables
- Dessert pies with cheese and honey and
- Raki ( traditional Cretan spirit )
- Local wine
- Spring Water
