The duration for the cooking lesson is 3 hours and includes :
- Homemade ice tea with local herbs
- Minoan pie-bread that we will bake in Minoan utensils accompanied with Cretan olives, olive oil and aromatic oregano to give it a special taste
- Dakos – Cretan rusk with fresh tomato and feta cheese
- Tzatziki- Cretan yogurt dip with cucumber, garlic and herbs
- Minoan Salad – Panspermia ( five different types of legumes with nuts, honey and herbs )
- Green Salad (variety of vegetables and herbs)
- Chicken with Greens ( Minoan dish with Cretan greens, honey, nuts and herbs)
- Dessert pies with cheese and honey and Raki (traditional Cretan spirit )
- Local wine
- Spring Water
